We love to be involved in the selection of a builder, architect, trade or craftsperson for your project. We have built relationships with many skilled people in the industry over the years, and are happy to make recommendations to our clients.

Do you offer services to clients in other parts of the country?

Every project is unique and we’ll provide an estimated timeline in your proposal. 

A typical furnishing project takes about 16-24 weeks from start to finish, and a renovation or build project can take a year or more. We recommend securing a designer 6-8 months in advance of any upcoming deadlines. 

How much time does a project take?

Our fees vary by project which is why we spend the time at the outset to understand the scope of the project and be able to provide a detailed fee proposal. 

Construction packages are usually a fixed fee ranging from $5-10 per square foot. Interior Design projects usually start at $4 per square foot.
